I’m a biotechnology graduate with hands-on experience growing cultures from small scale to bioreactors, preparing samples for LC-HRMS analysis, and keeping clear, organized lab records under quality standards. I’ve worked in both research and industrial environments, so I’m comfortable moving between controlled lab execution and real-world delivery.

As CEO & Co-Founder at Havn Consulting, I launched and managed operations for an early-stage Legal-tech startup. I designed operational systems to streamline workflows, coordinated cross-functional tasks across product, logistics, and digital marketing, and built structured tracking dashboards for performance and budgeting.

I also manage external partners and ensure timely execution of deliverables, focusing on follow-through and measurable outcomes. My approach combines clear reporting with process optimization—so teams can execute consistently and improve efficiency over time.

Previously, as a Finance, Sales & Operations intern at Vectra International (Remote, Belgium), I optimized pricing and KPI systems by building financial models and dashboards to improve margin consistency and performance visibility. I standardized pricing structures (hourly/daily rates) to ensure profitability across consulting projects and supported pricing decisions across multiple initiatives.
