I’m looking to lead operations in a fast-paced, high-volume environment—owning P&L, improving throughput with lean/SOPs, and partnering cross-functionally to deliver safe, quality, on-time results and continuous growth.

I’m a dedicated, highly disciplined operations leader with diverse experience in management and operations, built on full commitment, strong work ethics, and complete confidentiality. I lead end-to-end execution with a clear focus on safety, quality benchmarks, and on-time project delivery—especially in fast-paced, deadline-driven environments.

As Operations Manager, I drive measurable improvements across production, logistics, and client delivery. I direct cross-functional teams in production and installation, align daily operations with strategic objectives, and eliminate inefficiencies to reduce lead times and increase throughput—improving output capacity and resource utilization. I also oversee procurement operations, maintain vendor relations, and take full responsibility for P&L and assigned budget.

Previously, as Executive Manager, I oversaw five departments and a team of 60 employees, managing day-to-day operations with efficiency, safety, and performance at the center. I developed and enforced company policies, implemented process improvements to optimize workflow, and worked with stakeholders to analyze revenue trends, reduce financial setbacks, and drive profitability—while also designing and implementing the company’s entire production and inventory systems, resulting in a 30% increase in output.

Along the way, I strengthened operational discipline through standardized procedures, innovative SOPs, and cultural shifts toward accountability and continuous improvement. I managed core software infrastructure to ensure secure, efficient system performance and data integrity, built customized databases and automated workflows to streamline order processing, and regularly generated actionable performance reports. Earlier still, as CEO/Founder, I owned all business operations—strategic planning, marketing, brand positioning, and client communication—and even developed and improved software to meet client needs.
