What I'm looking for

I’m looking for a procurement role where I can lead tender procedures, supplier qualification, and negotiations using tools like SAP/Ariba, collaborating closely with Legal and business units to improve transparency and deliver measurable savings.

I’m a procurement professional focused on running end-to-end tender and supplier qualification processes in the banking sector. Since April 2026, I’ve been serving as a Procurement Expert buyer, supporting suppliers evaluation and qualification through Ariba, conducting tender procedures, and negotiating with bidders while coordinating with requesting units and Legal.

Previously, I worked as a Procurement Specialist at Banka IntesaAD (Nov 2014–Apr 2026), where I created reports from multiple applications, supported vendor onboarding for online procurement platforms (Portale Fornitori and New Supplier Portal), and participated in manual testing after portal upgrades. I also used SAP to create vendor data and procurement documents (PR, PO, GR, and outline agreements) and to generate SAP Standard Reports, while contributing to identification of savings. Earlier in my career, I worked as a Joint teller, an Export officer, and in financial planning and analysis in a healthcare setting—experiences that strengthened my communication, stakeholder management, and business understanding across functions.
