I’m looking to lead procurement transformation in a business-partnering role, focusing on strategic sourcing, supplier management, and measurable process improvements—streamlining approvals, strengthening compliance, and optimizing costs in a banking environment.

I’m a procurement professional in the banking sector, currently acting as Head of Sourcing and Facility at Yettel Bank. I lead end-to-end procurement operations and drive transformation of the procurement team from administrative execution into a sourcing and business-partnering model.

Previously, as a Sourcing and Facility Specialist, I managed end-to-end sourcing and maintained supplier and contract databases. I led implementation of a Jira-based procurement workflow system and optimized the purchase order approval process, reducing processing time by 40%, while conducting supplier evaluation and price benchmarking across categories including facility, services, IT, and equipment.

Before procurement, I built strong stakeholder and operations experience through Customer Care at Mobi Banka and Servicedesk work at NCR Corporation.
