What I'm looking for

I'm looking to lead AI Operations as a governed enterprise capability, building the systems, economics, evaluation, and accountability that turn AI consumption into reliable, measurable value.

I founded Chorus AI Systems, where I defined AI Operations Management and built CASDAM and BRAG—open-source AI systems designed for governed, auditable AI use.

CASDAM produces a complete weekly ecommerce operations report for about $0.04 per run, while BRAG uses independent verification and refutation agents to prevent unsupported answers from being released. My work centers on AI economics, model governance, evaluation, traceability, and graceful degradation.

Before AI operations, I led supply chain, risk, fraud, fulfillment, and customer operations at Bodily, Summersalt, Haven, Etsy, and Bonobos. I reduced supply-chain costs, maintained 99.9% on-time delivery, protected more than $2B in annual transaction volume, prevented $2.5M+ in attempted fraud, and helped Bonobos scale from $10M to $100M+.
