At Omnicell, I provided onsite and remote support for automated medication dispensing and IV compounding systems across Western Pennsylvania. I diagnosed and repaired IV Station robotic systems and XT and AcuDose dispensing cabinets, troubleshooting their electronics, mechanics, software, and connectivity.
At Compunetix, I supported video conferencing hardware and communications platforms, investigated customer-reported issues, and tested software releases across different configurations. I also developed troubleshooting procedures and technical documentation.
At Aerotech, I supported and repaired precision motion-control products, including controllers, amplifiers, motors, and mechanical stages. Earlier, I repaired biomedical probes at Medrad and served as an Electronics Repair Technician in the United States Marine Corps, diagnosing and repairing communications and tactical equipment.
