What I'm looking for

I seek hands-on automation roles focusing on SCADA/HMI, vision and robotics support, commissioning and validation in regulated manufacturing, with opportunities for travel and on-site work.

I am an Industrial Automation Service Engineer with hands-on experience supporting pharmaceutical and manufacturing sites across the U.S. and EU, providing remote Tier 1/2 and on-site Tier 3 support for line-level SCADA/HMI and supervisory control systems.

I have a strong track record in commissioning, validation (FAT, SAT, IQ/OQ), integration and troubleshooting of machine vision (Cognex, Keyence), robotics (Epson, FANUC project experience), grippers, sensors, and serialization platforms, and I manage customer support cases through Zendesk to restore production quickly.

I collaborate closely with QA, validation, OEM vendors, and stakeholders to ensure automation changes meet cGMP and 21 CFR Part 11 requirements, and I am flexible to work remote, hybrid, or on-site as business needs require.
