What I'm looking for

I’m looking for a role where I can combine hands-on troubleshooting and repair with IT problem-solving—supporting reliable systems and devices, improving user access, and contributing to technical documentation and training.

I’m a Bio-med Technician at Phelps Health, troubleshooting and repairing medical devices as needed, and communicating with vendors about contracted devices and third-party repairs. I bring hands-on reliability to every work order, backed by strong technical problem-solving.

Previously, I worked as an AppsAnywhere IT Associate, using Cloudpaging Studio, Batch Scripts, and VMs to virtualize apps for students. I’ve also built experience through an Engineer Intern role and an Electronics Tech Intern role, including developing applications, creating training material, and writing technical documentation—supported by my proficiency in C, C++, C#, Python, Assembly, and SQL.
