I’m an IT Support Engineer with experience in Windows Directory Services, enterprise technical support, and customer-facing environments. I troubleshoot Active Directory technologies and authentication issues, and I work proactively to resolve incidents and deliver reliable access control.
In my current role as a Windows Directory Services Support Engineer, I manage and troubleshoot Group Policy Objects (GPOs), Active Directory replication, Kerberos, LDAP, and Group Managed Service Accounts (gMSA). I also support Windows Hello for Business authentication, diagnose DNS issues impacting directory services, analyze Windows system and event logs for root causes, and use PowerShell and CMD tools for troubleshooting and administration.
I’m committed to continuous learning—currently pursuing a Bachelor’s Degree in Information Technologies Engineering (UNED). I bring strong incident resolution, log analysis, and service desk ticket handling with SLA compliance, and I’m eager to keep building my career in IT infrastructure, systems administration, and enterprise support.
