At Hines Interests Limited Partnership, I maintain the Fund Model for Hines US Property Partners (HUSPP) Fund and supported growth through 30 asset acquisitions as NAV scaled from $0.6B to $2.4B. My scope later extended to the HGIT flagship retail fund.

At EDP Renewables North America, I led settlements across a seven-ISO operating portfolio and led the client side of the SettleCore implementation. The implementation enabled complex revenue settlements and reduced completion time for primary revenue activities by over 50%.

I also automated workflows and oversaw a PowerBI application for consolidated fund and asset performance metrics at Hines. My experience spans renewable energy settlements, portfolio modeling, reporting, budgeting, and controls.
