At Manulife, I independently led an eight-month, approximately £4m transition from agency to in-house marketing production while live delivery continued. The new model reportedly reduced costs by 60% compared with previous agency charges.

At Netflix, I worked with global technology colleagues to co-design a central production information and workflow platform, then led its worldwide rollout, training and adoption.

At MMGY Global, I led international campaign delivery and improved processes and supplier arrangements, contributing to more than £1m in reported savings. At MurphyCobb & Associates, I led production across 20+ EMEA and APAC markets and delivered 15% savings on a £750k Asahi programme.
