I’m a Debt Recovery and Data professional with 4+ years’ experience in collections, portfolio management, CRM, and data analysis in financial services. I bring a compliance-first mindset, with skills in loan restructuring, AML/CFT, and CBK compliance, backed by strong analytics tools.

At Caritas Microfinance Bank, I maintain AML/CFT compliant systems and documentation per CBK and banking regulations. I manage a debt collection portfolio—identifying and resolving defaults to control monthly provisions—and review restructuring, rescheduling, and re-aging proposals for distressed accounts.

I also lead and support day-to-day performance reporting, preparing daily collection and P&L write-back reports for management. Previously as a Relationship Officer, I achieved monthly customer acquisition and portfolio growth targets through relationship management and direct sales.

Across my roles and internship, I’ve focused on turning data into decisions—collecting, cleaning, and validating datasets with Excel, SQL, and STATA, and building reports, dashboards, and visualizations for operational insights. I’m seeking remote or on-site roles in debt recovery, relationship/customer service, and data analysis across Kenya, Africa, and worldwide.
