I’m looking for a role where I can own enterprise endpoint and identity support, lead high-impact refreshes, and reduce repeat tickets through hands-on troubleshooting, clear documentation, and end-user training.

I’m a Senior Help Desk Analyst (highest-tier escalation) with 4+ years of enterprise IT experience, including 3.5 years supporting an education district across 72 campuses. I serve as the sole technology point of contact for the Child Nutrition Department—owning day-to-day support for ~450 direct end users across cafeteria operations and the central office.

I’m hands-on with Microsoft Intune, Entra ID / Active Directory, Azure, and the full endpoint lifecycle—from PXE boot reimaging and BIOS management to driver/OS/browser patching and remote or onsite hardware troubleshooting. I also manage endpoint and identity security tasks like Active Directory password resets, account administration, and BitLocker recovery in a compliance-regulated environment.

My biggest impact has been operational continuity: I led a district-wide cafeteria technology refresh across all 72 campuses, directing vendor implementation to replace POS registers, manager workstations, and printers within 3 months. I validated provisioning, installed and tested devices onsite, and confirmed remote-management enrollment ahead of the school year—then reinforced reliability through monthly Mosaic POS training.

I also support enterprise tooling transitions, including district-wide ticketing migration from Ivanti HEAT to Incident IQ with sandbox testing prior to rollout. Through cross-team collaboration with SysAdmin, Networking, and Security, I coordinate vendor access, whitelisting, and escalations so technology stays operational when meal service can’t pause.
