What I'm looking for

I'm seeking an L1–L2 Help Desk role supporting internal users at Wirex. I'm available full-time with flexible hours and can start immediately on a B2B contractor basis.

At CallBiz, I handled inbound customer calls and service requests for business clients, resolving questions on first contact where possible and passing other cases to the right team with clear notes.

As a freelance AI & Automation Developer, I'm building a used-car sales website for a family mechanic shop with Next.js and Supabase. I gathered requirements from a non-technical owner, set up the domain, database, and photo uploads, and walk the client through each step.

I also offer chatbots, document assistants, and workflow automations for small businesses. I use Python, n8n, and Make to automate repetitive workflows.
