What I'm looking for

I'm looking for a remote role where I can apply my bilingual communication, customer service, data-entry, organization, and self-management skills. I value dependable work, clear communication, and opportunities to learn and contribute in a fast-paced environment.

I've supported high-volume customer and operational environments at McDonald's, UPS, Walgreens, and BRBL. I bring bilingual English and Spanish communication, dependable attendance, and a calm approach during busy shifts.

At UPS, I supervised outbound dock operations, managed loaders and unloaders, loaded trailers, monitored volume, and revised belt systems when packages became stuck. At Walgreens, I received and filled prescriptions, supported vaccinations during COVID-19, and processed insurance information.

I'm also a licensed barber providing haircuts, color, perms, facials, and scalp treatments. My volunteer work cataloging library materials and maintaining records strengthened my data-entry, organization, and record-keeping skills.
