What I'm looking for

I am looking for a role that values safety and compliance, offers opportunities for growth, and allows me to lead impactful projects.

I am a dedicated professional currently serving as the Head of Product Compliance at Rieter Holding AG. In this role, I act as the primary contact for government authorities and senior management on product-compliance matters. I lead incident investigations and manage a global network, ensuring that safety standards are upheld across the organization. My initiatives, such as the company-wide 'Safety First' program, have significantly improved our compliance culture and resolved incidents with substantial financial implications.

Prior to my current position, I worked as a Product Compliance Officer, where I supported R&D teams with risk analyses and established safety-engineering processes. My experience also includes co-founding a startup, where I assist with international expansion and marketing efforts. I am passionate about fostering a culture of safety and compliance, and I strive to embed these values in every project I undertake.
