I oversee quality, construction readiness, and technical documentation on industrial and energy projects, including pipeline rerouting and flue-gas cleaning at EVO Komořany.
As Deputy Construction Manager and Quality Inspector, I coordinate workers and suppliers, resolve technical and installation clashes in real time, manage NCR records, and communicate with investors and project management.
Previously, I controlled quality and dimensional accuracy in ammunition-case manufacturing, optimized inspection and measurement procedures, and resolved production nonconformities. At AGC Glass Europe, I provided technical and IT support in an international Support Center environment.
I also managed and serviced VR and gaming exhibits for Game On and developed VidímToDoma.cz, an AI-focused project for 3D spatial visualization and interior planning.
