Danielle Wanzer

I’m a Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) who thrives on taking on new challenges with a strong work ethic, adaptability, and exceptional interpersonal skills. I’m committed to upholding service excellence and creating a seamless experience for every client interaction.

In my RBT role, I implement individualized treatment plans using Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) principles to support clients with autism spectrum disorder (ASD) and other developmental disabilities. I collect and document data on client progress, behaviors, and responses to interventions to help monitor and adjust treatment plans.

I provide one-on-one therapy sessions in home, school, and community settings, and I assist in developing and modifying behavior intervention plans under the supervision of a Board-Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA). I collaborate with multidisciplinary teams, including BCBAs, parents, and educators, using techniques like reinforcement and prompting to encourage positive behaviors and reduce challenging behaviors.

Beyond ABA, I bring classroom and customer-facing strengths from prior roles as a teacher and an Apple Specialist. I planned and delivered instruction using cooperative learning, hands-on activities, and technology integration, and I also supported customers with advanced troubleshooting and strong documentation, reporting, and customer service.
