At Fastenal, I manage customer supply chain operations, from validating POS orders and delivery timelines to clearing daily workflow processes, backorders, and branch acquisitions.

I work directly with suppliers and customers to confirm due dates, communicate delays, review below-minimum inventory, and initiate replenishment actions. I also manage RFQs in Excel and serve as lead district sourcing through vendor portals, NA portal data, and vendor contacts.

As an Onsite Account Representative and General Manager, I grew account sales from $50K per month to $200K per month. I led purchasing, quoting, sourcing, inventory management, receiving, quality inspections, staging, scanning, packing, and delivery logistics.

I build strong customer relationships, present business metrics in quarterly reviews, and create cost-savings and vendor-managed inventory programs that support customer retention and growth.
