At National Center for Children and Families, I work with families experiencing homelessness to develop tailored case plans and connect them with housing, employment, and community resources. I document progress in HMIS, CATCH, and STEP and support families as they work toward their goals.
Previously, I was a Case Manager at RCM of Washington, where I supported the Individualized Day Services program, maintained client records in Therap, and helped clients build employment readiness. I’m also a Server at Del Frisco’s Double Eagle Steakhouse, where I serve guests and share information about menu items and drinks.
