Serve as a Contractor for CMS Schools providing Behavioral support at assigned school. Provide support with classroom of EC/Behavioral based students and 1:1 assignment with Student that displays problematic behavior. Work alongside and provide CMS Staff with progress/lack of Student’s performance in class settings and between transitioning.

Checked guest’s IDs and served guests, informing customers about payment methods and handling bills. Collected orders and payment from guests, serving food, drink & hookah orders. Stocked the serving stations, cleaned and tidied the bar throughout shifts, and handled VIP bottle service.

Responsible for supporting and training individuals experiencing a crisis with their Mental Health & Housing situations. Provided general medical care and assisted residents with medication administration. Kept track and documented clients’ progress notes, promoting positive self-esteem and self-worth.

Responsible for processing guest orders, assembling and delivering orders, making sure all items are in bags and keeping track by checking the receipt off. Promptly answered phone calls and kept track of cars that were pulling in. Engaged in a positive manner with customers, providing appropriate customer service.

Under direction of the RN, provided 1:1 close engagement and observation on patients from Pediatrics to Geriatrics being treated for vast conditions. Used patient-centered, trauma informed and collaborative interventions to be aware and meet the patients needs. Used therapeutic communication skills, physical intervention and verbal redirection.

Completed a Bachelor of Science degree with a major in Psychology and a minor in Social Work. Studied core concepts in psychology and gained foundational knowledge in social work practices.

Obtained a high school diploma. Completed required coursework for graduation.
