I’m a Criminal Justice graduate who’s built experience supporting people in structured, high-responsibility environments. I bring a steady, reliable approach grounded in communication, organization, and building trust with diverse populations.

In my most recent role as a Childcare Manager / Household Operations, I managed daily operations with an emphasis on safety, consistency, and organization. I coordinated schedules, appointments, and logistics while maintaining detailed records, schedules, and documentation to support accountability.

I’ve also delivered high-quality customer service in fast-paced settings as a Server and Server / Bartender. I handle high volumes of transactions with accuracy, resolve concerns calmly, and adapt quickly to changing priorities while maintaining composure under pressure.

What drives me is using my case coordination and client support strengths to support successful reentry, reduce barriers to stability, and connect individuals to community-based resources. I’m especially effective where organization, documentation, and de-escalation matter most.
