At GoTo, I developed and maintained AI-powered features, including Dynamic Insights, a conversational dashboard that uses RAG and prompt engineering to let users query databases in natural language and generate charts and analytical reports.
I was also part of the team that developed GoTo Resolve MCP Server, enabling customers to securely connect GoTo Resolve to their AI agents.
At Left Hook, I contributed to Frigg, an open-source agentic framework for building integrations. I also worked on SaaS integrations and process automations using tools and platforms such as Zapier, Make, and Salesforce Lightning Web Components.
Earlier, I worked across software engineering and QA at GoTo, Giesecke+Devrient, Rhein-Ruhr-Informatik GmbH, and Senior Sistemas. My projects included an IoT cloud platform, insurance software, ERP, and automated testing; I’m currently continuing my AI studies through FIAP’s postgraduate bootcamp.
