At Empowerly, I lead engineering for a college counseling platform and built an MCP server that gives AI agents typed tools for 10 internal systems. I also built agent skills to migrate SendGrid templates to Customer.io through reviewed pull requests.

I created EncorePlatform, an AI agent orchestration platform where Product Manager, Tech Lead, Developer, and QA agents take a ticket from planning through implementation and testing, with human approval gates. I simplified its orchestrator into a linear state machine over SQS and built in QA revision loops and stale-workflow detection.

I also created Echo Web, a voice-first AI workspace with long-term memory, team-shared tools, and approval before changes. Earlier, I designed and led the team behind InsightRTP, a modular manufacturing system.
