What I'm looking for

I'm looking to grow into infrastructure, network operations, and security roles where I can apply my hands-on support, systems administration, hardware, and network troubleshooting experience.

I've delivered hands-on IT support across Forestals, Catena Media, MMH Malta Ltd, and my own self-employed computer technician practice, resolving hardware, software, account, and connectivity issues for end users.

At Forestals, I provided L1/L2 support through Zendesk, Marval, and RFS, supported Microsoft 365 applications, deployed MITA OS images, configured network printers, and managed PABX telephony and onboarding accounts.

As a self-employed technician, I configured routers, wireless access points, CCTV, TCP/IP, DHCP, DNS, subnetting, and WPA2/WPA3 Wi-Fi. I also built custom workstations, performed component-level diagnostics, managed backups and drive recovery, and used VirtualBox for malware remediation and legacy OS testing.

I'm expanding into infrastructure, network operations, and security work, supported by completed CompTIA Security+ coursework. My experience includes Active Directory, Azure AD, Google Admin, MDM, endpoint security, structured cabling, and remote support.
