At ICT SOLUTIONS, I manage and maintain network, security, cloud, and voice infrastructure, and support operational and project work. I monitor security events through a rotational SOC function and deliver network upgrades, vulnerability remediation, and lifecycle management.
On my FortiWeb WAF project, I implemented and optimized controls including IP Reputation, Geo-IP filtering, attack signatures, and bot protection. I’ve also designed and deployed network installations and optimized wireless infrastructure through site surveys, RF tuning, and Wi-Fi 7 upgrades.
