With autonomous-sdlc-harness, I created an open-source Claude Code plugin and npm CLI that coordinates 22 specialized agents from a task prompt through implementation, browser-based QA, review, and commit. It runs locally or on GitHub Actions, with human approval points, permission guardrails, and checkpointed recovery.
I built a RAG layer over project documentation and designed retrieval and capability evaluations to decide what ships. The retrieval results led me to make RAG opt-in, while a lessons ledger turns escaped defects into agent rules.
At Expause, my content-streaming platform, I own product decisions and engineering end to end. I built its Flutter apps and backend, then ported the app to a React and TypeScript web client while preserving business-logic parity with mobile.
