Founded Rescue4x4 and built the emergency incident and volunteer management platform as its sole engineer, owning architecture, APIs, data modelling, integrations, infrastructure, and production operations. Built and maintain a live national platform supporting 6,000+ volunteers and 4,000+ incidents.

Built autonomous agents, workflow automations, and custom client solutions for the 100 AI Employees initiative, translating business processes into software using TypeScript/Node.js, LLMs, RAG, and MCP. Integrated enterprise APIs and knowledge sources through Claude connectors and knowledge bots.

Managed engineers through 1:1s, coaching, feedback, growth discussions, and performance management; hired and onboarded engineers. Partnered with Product, Design, Data, and business stakeholders on roadmaps, priorities, scope, and dependencies.

Designed and delivered two PHP/MySQL platforms for registration, examination scheduling, live evaluation, and qualification tracking, translating stakeholder requirements into operational workflows, data models, implementation, and testing.

Built core features including search and brand promotions, and led the evolution of Kiwi into a multi-country, multilingual distributed service using RabbitMQ, Redis, and MySQL. Delivered Cashback and Plus Membership with cross-functional partners.

Progressed from Everli's first remote developer to Tech Lead and Engineering Manager over nine years, helping build and shape distributed backend, web, iOS, and Android engineering teams. Built Autocomplete Search Products with a front-end partner, generating approximately EUR 20,000 in sales in its first three days.

Designed a reusable Laravel CMS for client delivery; integrated RabbitMQ, WebSockets, and external APIs, coordinated front-end and design contributors, and ran internal adoption workshops.
