At Evozon, I collaborated with a five-person development team to assess timeline impacts, allocate resources, and remove bottlenecks. I also helped onboard a new colleague to the team’s tools and workflows.
I implemented Agile Scrum frameworks and used Jira to organize sprint boards, backlogs, and issue types. In Confluence, I wrote product requirements and user stories, creating a transparent reference for the team and stakeholders while keeping delivery on schedule.
Before that, I researched medieval philosophy at Babeş-Bolyai University for the PN-III-P4-ID-PCCF-2016-0064 grant project. I analyzed and transcribed historical manuscripts, published academic papers, presented at conferences, and developed expertise in establishing critical editions.
