What I'm looking for

I'm looking to lead end-to-end product design for complex enterprise and AI-enabled workflows, partnering closely with Product and Engineering to turn research into clear, validated solutions and scalable design systems.

At Amplience, I led design across its enterprise CMS and DAM platform, redesigning core content authoring and shaping AI-enabled workflows. My work helped raise usability scores from 49 to 86, achieved 100% preference, and supported full voluntary migration before general availability.

I turn complex, data-heavy enterprise workflows into clear interactions, reusable components, and learnable navigation. I lead problem framing, customer workshops, research, prototyping, usability testing, and validated delivery in close partnership with Product and Engineering.

I also built Amplience’s first platform design system, including tokens and 80+ reusable components, while mentoring designers and strengthening team design practices. Previously at IBM, I designed SaaS workflows for cloud event management, alert notification, and network operations.
