At CIRCULAR 45, I directed daily administrative operations, financial administration, payroll, vendor invoicing, executive agendas, travel logistics, and the setup of the Circular Polanco branch expansion. I also led administrative supervision, onboarding, scheduling, and workflow improvements for a six-person team.

Alongside operations leadership, I’ve built a clinical and sports nutrition practice focused on personalized, evidence-based interventions for athletic performance and metabolic health. My work includes oncology nutrition at the National Cancer Institute, clinical nutrition therapy for diabetes, insulin resistance, obesity, and cardiovascular health, plus procurement, inventory, and staff training at PAPYRO.
