What I'm looking for

I'm looking to contribute to an international team focused on nutrition, wellness, and fitness, where I can support sustainable healthy lifestyles, continue learning, and apply evidence-based practice.

I've supported community nutrition initiatives at Banco de Alimentos Xalapa MANA, conducting socio-nutritional and anthropometric assessments while developing nutrition education workshops and materials.

My work also includes food safety, quality control, inventory support, and community-focused nutrition programs. I hold a Bachelor of Science in Clinical Nutrition from Universidad Anahuac Xalapa, with a minor in Sports Nutrition.

At BPower, I supported studio operations, customer service, appointments, payments, and class preparation while training in Pilates and Barre instruction. I'm passionate about helping people build sustainable, healthy lifestyles through evidence-based nutrition, wellness, and fitness.
