At Sedgwick, I process sales tax refund claims for vehicle manufacturers involving vehicles repurchased through lemon law and other qualifying buyback circumstances. I research supporting documentation, resolve discrepancies, and use Excel and enterprise systems to validate case data and prepare reports.
Previously, I reviewed government relief grant applications at Insight Global and trained new hires using process guides. At SiriusXM - Connected Services, I processed enrollments, cancellations, refunds, and account updates in Siebel while maintaining customer satisfaction above 90%. I'm currently pursuing a Bachelor of Science in Accounting at Western Governors University.
