At Microsoft, I build and operate distributed services processing trillions of daily requests, from modernizing Core Store Objects with ASP.NET Core and gRPC/HTTP2 to supporting production systems in a 24x7 live-site model.
I'm building Monitors-as-Code for 10+ SFDA services, creating C# abstractions, EV2 artifacts, and build/release pipelines that replace manual health-monitor setup with self-service configuration. I also design Azure Synapse MLOps and DevOps pipelines for distributed log collection and on-call diagnostics.
Alongside my PhD research in Advanced Computing at Morgan State University, I develop computer vision and multimodal AI projects, including real-time medical image segmentation and content-based image retrieval systems. I'm seeking Software Engineer and ML Engineer roles supporting cleared government cloud environments.
