What I'm looking for

I'm looking to build my HR career in Dublin, focusing on learning and development, training coordination, Training Needs Analysis, stakeholder communication, and organisational learning initiatives.

I supported Vila Verde Municipality’s training plan for 281 employees across 33 schools, coordinating communication with school management and municipal stakeholders.

I conducted Training Needs Analysis through surveys and interviews, then produced recommendations for workforce development and organisational learning initiatives. I also presented the municipality’s annual training proposal to key stakeholders.

My postgraduate training in Work and Human Resources complements my background in Education, with study in labour law, HR, organisational management, leadership, and training management.

Alongside HR experience, I’ve built customer service, organisation, teamwork, and problem-solving skills through retail roles at Flying Tiger Copenhagen and Claire’s.
