I am an ERP Support Specialist and Odoo Implementation Lead with hands-on experience configuring, deploying, and training users across Sales, Purchase, Inventory, Project, Invoicing, and Accounting modules. I serve as the single point of contact for full Odoo implementations and report directly to executive leadership.

I have designed automated tools and integrations to move organizations from manual processes to streamlined workflows, including a Commute Fund Claim App, a custom barcode generator integrated with Google Sheets, and standardized branding and email signature systems. I also provide IT support for hardware, software, and basic network configuration.

I am motivated by process automation, inventory systems, and technology workflow optimization, and I bring a combination of technical skills—Google Workspace, Google Apps Script, Microsoft Office, Kaseya remote tools—and practical experience from internships and professional roles to deliver measurable operational improvements.
