I am an IT graduate with hands-on experience supporting business systems and end users in a corporate environment. I specialize in ERP systems (Odoo), dashboards and reporting tools (Looker), and spreadsheet-based analysis.

In my most recent role as an FP&A Analyst, I developed and maintained Looker dashboards for reporting and performance monitoring and supported process automation initiatives to improve efficiency and data accuracy. I have practical experience organizing, analyzing, and reconciling data using spreadsheets.

Previously, as an Accounts Receivable Associate, I used Odoo ERP for invoicing, billing, and monitoring customer accounts, and performed transaction recording and clerical tasks that strengthened my attention to detail and documentation skills.

I am disciplined, eager to learn, and seeking an IT Helpdesk / IT Support role where I can grow my technical troubleshooting and user support capabilities while contributing clear process documentation and improved workflows.
