At Church & Dwight Co., Inc., I led the Talent Acquisition Center of Excellence across U.S. Plants, Waterpik, and Corporate divisions. I managed a TA ecosystem of 25–30 professionals and introduced the company’s first global recruitment marketing and SEO strategy.
At PepsiCo, I led national sales recruitment for Beverages and Frito Lay and developed a team of four recruiters. I also led implementation and training for the Avature CRM for 13 recruiters.
Earlier, at Merrill Lynch, I managed full-cycle executive search assignments across the U.S., Asia Pacific, and Canada. My experience also includes campus recruiting, financial services, and talent acquisition and development at Standard & Poor’s.
