At Stat Tap, I built an NFC tap-card review service with client and admin access controls, authentication and encryption. I also support a restaurant client by phone, resolving login, password and account access issues.
For a construction company, I configured and deployed Windows laptops, MacBooks and iPads, tracked each device by asset number, and securely wiped and decommissioned about 25 outdated devices.
In the U.S. Army, I monitored network operations and communications equipment across multiple units and troubleshot connectivity issues. I also diagnosed equipment faults, installed replacement modules by standard operating procedures, and logged work orders in GCSS-Army.
I use home and MD-102 hands-on labs to configure device connectivity and access controls, and keep Windows, Apple devices, software and drivers updated. I’m CompTIA SecAI+ certified, and my Microsoft 365 Endpoint Administrator Associate certification is in progress.
