I'm completing a BSc (Hons) in Human Resource Management at Rajarata University of Sri Lanka, with a second class upper division. My work focuses on employee relations, HRIS systems, and data analysis.
During a six-month HR internship at Star Garment (Pvt) Ltd in Koggala, I gained practical HR experience. I've also developed skills in MS Office, HeSind HRIS software, SPSS, industrial relations and labour law, and basic graphic design.
