What I'm looking for

I’m looking for a role where I can own end-to-end implementation and L2/L3 production support for enterprise payments and banking systems—using SQL, incident investigation, and root-cause analysis to meet SLAs, collaborate with stakeholders, and improve customer delivery.

I’m an Implementation & Support Engineer with over three years of experience delivering enterprise payment and banking solutions across East Africa. I handle end-to-end software implementation and production support for mission-critical financial systems, including client onboarding, solution configuration, UAT, go-live, and post-implementation stabilization.

I support commercial banks and financial institutions by investigating production incidents, performing root cause analysis, and using Microsoft SQL Server to validate transactions and troubleshoot processing issues. I’ve also been selected as an implementation resource for an international ISO 20022 payment implementation project in Ethiopia, strengthening client relationships while consistently meeting SLA commitments.
