What I'm looking for

I seek an entry-level role in business operations or customer service where I can apply learnership experience, keep learning, develop supervisory skills, and contribute to team goals in a supportive, growth-focused environment.

I am a motivated school leaver who completed an entrepreneurship workforce learnership (June 2024–June 2025) and hold an NSC (Grade 12, 2023).

I developed practical skills in business operations, customer service, recordkeeping and meeting facilitation, and I gained experience applying departmental strategy and stakeholder engagement to support team development.

I bring strong verbal and written communication, conflict management, time management, problem-solving, budgeting and basic financial literacy, combined with adaptability and attention to detail; I am eager to grow and contribute to team success.
