What I'm looking for

I’m looking to develop my technical expertise in ERP systems and SQL and strengthen my analytical and business process capabilities.

At ALAO AG, I process and validate customer orders, correct data issues, and monitor activation statuses and number port-ins. I also diagnose operational problems, including failed payments, system errors, and order discrepancies.

I create daily Excel reports, check data, and analyze cases to support SLA compliance. I perform light QA testing on new features or system changes and report bugs and inconsistencies.

Previously, I entered and verified records at INFUSE and supported accounting close, reconciliations, and ledger accuracy at ATANA LLC. I’m developing my technical expertise in ERP systems and SQL to strengthen my analytical and business process capabilities.
