I’ve worked in financial and administrative operations for over five years, mainly in a banking environment. I process payments, reconcile accounts, and manage large volumes of data with a strong accuracy mindset.

I’ve supported day-to-day executive and administrative needs—managing inboxes, scheduling, and keeping workflows organized in fast-paced, remote settings. I’m used to working independently, handling sensitive information, and completing tasks properly without constant follow-up.

One of my key contributions was the SASFIN banking wind-down & asset disposal: I supported operational activities after delisting, helped with migration of over 200,000 client accounts to partner banks, and ensured compliance with South African Reserve Bank requirements. I also contributed to reconciliation and settlement work that supported full repayment of depositors.

On a daily basis as a Treasury Back Office Administrator, I processed payments across SWIFT, VAT, and institutional channels, reconciled accounts, resolved discrepancies, and managed reporting and documentation. I move data safely between systems, keep tasks moving through follow-ups, and protect privacy with discretion.
