What I'm looking for

I'm looking for remote IT Support, Technical Support, or IT Operations roles where I can use my experience with SWIFT systems, troubleshooting, and system maintenance. I value a stable work environment, clear processes, and the opportunity to solve technical problems and keep systems running reliably.

I'm an IT support professional with experience in banking systems, SWIFT Alliance support, infrastructure troubleshooting, and end-user technical support.

In my current role, I support SWIFT-related systems, handle configuration changes and security updates, coordinate with development teams, and work on resolving recurring technical issues. I've also been involved in major system changes and migrations, including ISO 20022 adaptation and SWIFT infrastructure upgrades.

I enjoy understanding how systems work, finding the cause of problems, and fixing issues so they don't keep coming back. I'm comfortable working independently, following technical procedures, and taking responsibility for keeping systems stable.

I'm currently looking for remote opportunities in IT Support, Technical Support, or IT Operations where I can contribute my experience, continue learning, and work with a team that values both reliable results and sound processes.
