At Litmus Automation, I owned release planning and feature roadmaps for an Industrial IoT platform, aligning product owners, architects and development leads with release schedules. I also administered Jira and built CI/CD and SDLC automation across Jira, GitLab, Concourse, TestRail and Cucumber.
At Thales, I led engineers working on the London Underground “4LM” central server and GUI client. I moved the team from Waterfall to Scrum, setting up two Scrum teams and restructuring the backlog into epics and stories.
Earlier, I managed a 10-developer team at Aviation InterTec Services and delivered a wayfinding system for the Port Authority Bus Terminal. My background also includes software engineering and team leadership on transport, aviation and defence systems.
