What I'm looking for

I’m looking to lead complex software delivery where I can partner closely with enterprise customers, guide cross-functional teams, improve delivery flow, and turn scope, risk, and changing priorities into predictable releases.

At Swapcard, I owned end-to-end delivery for Informa’s annual feature budget on the Avolio/Launchpad event-management platform, from LOE analysis and estimation through customer approval, sprint planning, UAT, and production releases. I led a five-developer and QA team through the Avolio-to-Launchpad transformation and coordinated the new UI launch and phased customer migration.

Over 12+ years in software delivery, I’ve managed customer projects for organizations including Unilever, Whirlpool, Bimbo Group, and Informa. I bring hands-on experience across Agile delivery, commercial scoping, risk and change management, stakeholder communication, and coaching cross-functional teams in Canada, the USA, and Brazil.
