I’m an experienced Logistics and Operations Professional with over 5 years in courier operations, e-commerce logistics, warehouse & inventory management, customer service, and team leadership. As a Hub Manager, I run daily parcel processing and dispatch, supervise operational staff, coordinate shipment receiving/sorting/storage, and monitor performance metrics to keep service delivery on target.

I’m focused on optimizing workflow processes and solving operational challenges quickly—especially around last-mile delivery management, fleet & rider coordination, dispatch management, and operational reporting.
