I've supported laboratory operations, system connectivity, and clinical workflows across the Department of Defense, Department of Veterans Affairs, Aya Healthcare Services, CereCore, and Hematology Oncology.

I work with MEDITECH Magic and Expanse, Siemens Healthineers automation solutions, Atellica Data Manager, Epic, Cerner, VISTA, CPRS, and other medical software systems. I've performed functional testing, interface validation, instrument validation, documentation, test scripting, go-live support, and troubleshooting for analyzer, middleware, and LIS connectivity.

As a travel technologist, I've adapted quickly across multiple facilities while independently managing instrumentation operations, maintenance, calibrations, QC review, middleware tasks, and workflow adjustments.

I collaborate closely with laboratory staff, IT teams, LIS analysts, vendors, and project managers to resolve issues, improve workflows, train clinical teams, and keep laboratory operations aligned with clinical and regulatory requirements.
