What I'm looking for

I’m looking for a role where I can provide advanced clinical technical support for diagnostic analyzers, lead troubleshooting and training, and partner cross-functionally to improve instrument uptime, compliance, and customer outcomes—ideally with room to grow expertise.

I’m an innovative Medical Laboratory Scientist turned Clinical Technical Support Specialist with 15+ years of experience supervising and performing clinical testing and analysis. I also bring more than a year of quota-surpassing success in assay sales, converting leads into loyal customers through strong interpersonal and technical skills.

In my current role with Boule Diagnostics, I deliver advanced Tier II technical support for clinical chemistry and hematology analyzers, resolving hardware, software, reagent, and operator issues via phone, email, and remote support. I lead complex troubleshooting, coordinate Field Service Engineer dispatches, and ensure compliance with CLIA, CAP, COLA, and other applicable laboratory regulations during troubleshooting and validation.

I’ve also supported customers and internal teams at ELITechGroup by maintaining and improving the Technical Support database, standardizing troubleshooting workflows, and developing training materials to reduce repeat issues. Across my laboratory career, I’ve owned QC/QA execution, instrument uptime, installations/onboarding, and inventory/service logistics—always with a focus on operational continuity, accurate results, and sustained customer confidence.
